“Next Generation”
It is my goal, as an artist, to capture the emotion I feel at that moment, on canvas. Whether it be a Sunset, a mischievous twinkle in a child’s eye, or the awareness of an animal.
I like to paint loose with the illusion of detail. I photograph wildlife and usually incorporate 3 or 4 photos in one painting. I do the same with a child. I like to use my pastels for color sketches.
This way the true color of ones complexion can be captured exactly when I get back to my studio. With some of my commission work, this is not possible, and I have to rely on photos alone.
I only use the best quality of Oil Paints and thinners. I use a hard panel that is hand prepared by myself and my husband. All materials are acid-free.

“Wenatchee”
I love to fish, hunt, boat, ski, and pan for gold. I love the outdoors. My husband and I have this in common. I adore my 2 children, my grandchildren and my great grand children. My marriage of 16 years, increased my children by 5 and my grandchildren by 24. HOW MUCH CAN ONE BE BLESSED?
I love Music, mostly gospel and western. Instrumental is my favorite. I enjoy playing the piano, and I lean towards Ragtime. My favorite foods are anything homemade. I eat healthy foods, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
My favorite scripture is Proverbs 11:2
‘When pride comes, then comes dishonor, but with the humble is wisdom.’
